“বাবা" ====== ছোট খাট একটা চাকরি করি। গত মাসে বড় মেয়ে কে বিয়ে দিয়েছি, ধার দেনা ক‌রে প্রায় ৬ লক্ষ টাকা খরচ করে। একটু আগে মেয়ের ফোন।বাবা কেমন আছেন? -হ্যা মা ভাল। তুই ভাল আছিস তো? আছি বাবা ভাল। -এইভাবে বলছিস কেন??তোর শ্বাশুর রা খুশি হয়েছে ত? উরা কিছু বলেনি। শাশু‌ড়ি  বলেছে বি‌য়ে‌তে যে অাসবাবপত্র গু‌লো দি‌য়ে‌ছো ওগু‌লো না‌কি নিম্নমা‌নের । -(তখন আমার চোখের জলটলটল করছিল) আচ্ছা মা  তোর শাশু‌ড়ি কে ব‌লিস প‌রে না হয় তা‌দের পছন্দমত কি‌নে দেব  । বাবা শুন। তুমি আমাদের বাড়িতে পুজার  কাপড় দিবে না? -হ্যা মা দিব। কেন? তুমি কাপড় দিওনা। ননদ(জামাইয়ের বোন) বলেছে কাপড় দিলে সবার পছন্দ হবে না।কাপড় না দিয়ে টাকা দিয়ে দিতে। ৩০,০০০ টাকা দিলে,সবার নাকি হয়ে যাবে। -আচ্ছা মা। তুই চিন্তা করিস না। আমি এখন ও বেঁচে আছি। (আমার বুঝতে দেরি হলনা, এতক্ষনে মেয়ের চোখের অনেক জল গড়িয়ে পড়েছে) আচ্ছা বাবা,এখন রাখি। -আচ্ছা মা ভাল থাকিস। রাতে ছোট ছেলে  বা‌ড়ি ফি‌রে আমা‌কে বল‌ছে। বাবা তুমি আছ? -হা আছি। কিছু বলবি? হ্যা, অামার একটা ল্যাপটপ কিন‌তে হ‌বে। আমার টিউশনির কিছু টাকা আছে। আপনি ৫০ ...

Amazon Great Indian Festival sale is coming back on October 24th

“The second Amazon Great Indian Festival sale of this festive season will start at midnight on October 24 and run till October 28”

Amazon is hosting another festive season sale in India, scheduled to start just 10 days after the conclusion of the first Great Indian Festival. The next Amazon sale is scheduled to start at midnight on October 24th and run till 11:59pm on October 28th. As part of the new event, Amazon will be running flash sales discounts, cashbacks, and no-cost EMIs, etc. The e-commerce brand is calling this second sale wave 2 of the Great Indian Festival, and has been announced the same day Flipkart confirmed it will soon be hosting the Festive Dhamaka Days sale.
The sale will include deals on smartphones, TVs, large appliances, and consumer electronics. Amazon will be running Redmi 6A flash sales at 12 pm on all days of the sale. The Amazon Fire TV Stick and third-generation Echo speakers will be available at discounts, while Kindle ebooks will start at Rs 19 and Kindle Unlimited subscription will cost Rs 1,499. In addition to this, Alexa-powered devices will be available at discounts of up to 70 percent, with new speakers and headphone launches. Those looking to buy TVs will get discounts of up to 60 percent.
Apart from this, the sale will offer up to 90 percent discount and additional 15 percent cashback on Amazon Fashion. Along with this, customers will get up to 80 percent off and extra 10 percent cashback on home and kitchen products, and up to 80% off on appliances and more.

Customers using ICICI and Citibank cards will get 10 percent cashback in the sale. On the other hand, users who top up their Amazon Pay balance with Rs 5,000 or more will get cashback worth Rs 250. There will also be no-cost EMIs on Bajaj Finserv EMI card as well as credit and debit cards. Additionally, users will be able to avail cashback of up to Rs 2,000 on merchant partners such as Swiggy, MakeMyTrip, Freshmenu, and Eazydiner by shopping on the Amazon shopping app & paying through any online payment method.
